I shall abide by all rules set forth by K-C Raceway, K-C Raceway employees, and those contracted by K-C Raceway to enforce and ensure safety of all K-C Raceway properties, K-C staff, and K-C Raceway guests. The management reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual('s) and/or vehicles on the property and further reserves the right to eject any individuals at any time, if in management's discretion it is determined that their presence or conduct is not in the best interest of K-C Raceway and its guests. No Expressed, or implied, warranty of safety shall result from compliance or publication of these rules. Each camper shall be responsible for behavior in and around camping area and also be responsible for daily clean-up and care of camping area. K-C Raceway will make all reasonable efforts to maintain safety to persons and property, however, K-C Raceway will not be held liable for either. All guests assume responsibility of impending dangers. Guests enter property at their own risk.

This Form must be filled out completely. All checks must clear one month prior to event date. All Camping reservations must be paid by Credit card after 9/13/2011. Cash payment on event day only if camping spots remain.
